this is to give a heads up to those who plan to go to Valle Verde... the Name of the resort sounds very peaceful and relaxing but the Owners/Managers should never go to this Business ... they took advantage of the face that we are there! I was so surprise to find out that the place is nice, but how come no one is there aside from us?! Only to find out that Customer Service ruined our stay there! It's very horrible just like the attitude of the Owner/Manager! They don't know how to deal with their customers... Very awful attitude! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! Pls., don't go to this Place in Guimaras!

I agree with Anonymous, the customer service is appalling and so disheartening you never want to talk to them again, I have never been subjected to individual who is so self righteous and egotistical that his correspondence is rude and insulting, that customer service should be more aptly named customer abuse. We were full of frustration to what happened, the place was very lovely but a turn -off to their customer service. What a shame...If I can Rate them from the scale of 1-10, It will even go down to negative..

We regretted going here ,the rates were fake! we were charged wrongly!!! we greeted disgracefully!!!! one person( owner) tried to throw rocks at us before we left one word- IT SUCKS!!!no the place but the SERVICE is!!! We never deserved this things!!! we were supposed to relax but they gave us more HEADACHE!!
